Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and correct verified problems promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14–30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Due to the limited nature of our quarterly drops, items may not be restocked. To exchange an item, contact us with your order number and the reason for exchange. We will work with you to find a solution when possible.

Shipping

We offer domestic ground shipping as standard unless otherwise specified. International availability will be confirmed at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Once your order ships and is in the carrier's hands, they assume responsibility for delivery.

Orders

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. Standard processing time is 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. Our limited quarterly drops may require slightly extended fulfillment timelines due to production schedules. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
